I had a great time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was perfect for exploring, just a short stroll to the lovely river area and not far from the MRT station. the breakfast was a real highlight—lots of tasty options, including hot meals and a great coffee selection.
On the downside, the check-in time is late at 4 pm, and the walls were a bit thin, making it noisy with kids around. I also missed having a proper workspace in my room, as it only had a narrow bar area. Plus, I experienced some hot water issues and the cleaning service wasn’t up to par. it had its flaws, but it was still a decent stay!

I recently stayed for three nights at a hotel near the Love River, and I enjoyed my time there. The location was fantastic, perfect for evening strolls along the river and a quick walk to the night market. The staff were friendly and helpful, promptly addressing any issues like a blocked toilet. My room was spacious and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet was a pleasant surprise for the value, and despite not using the pool, it looked inviting!
I can just recommend this hotel.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the modern design of the rooms was impressive and offered all the necessary amenities. the hotel's strategic location allowed us to easily reach the main tourist spots and the nearby MRT station. the staff was extremely helpful and recommended great restaurants to enjoy the local food.
That the bathroom design could have been better because the shower area leaked water. this was a minor inconvenience and didn't ruin our overall stay at the hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Besides, the hotel staff was informative, friendly, and always available to help. The hotel was also located in a convenient location, five minutes walking distance from the subway station. We also loved the free water fountain and the coin-operated laundrette available on the hotel premises. The hotel restaurant was one of the best highlights of our stay, with delicious food at a reasonable price.
Nothing not too like about the hotel, and we enjoyed every aspect of our stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the City Council metro station which allows travelers to easily access the city center and other attractions by the modern metro system. there is a night market nearby selling all sorts of food. Some rooms offer a good view of the city, and the beds are generally comfortable. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel gym equipment and pool need to be updated, and there are not enough parking spaces for all guests.

The location was great with easy access to supermarkets and public transportation. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of dishes to choose from. The cleaning service was attentive and kept the room tidy throughout our stay.
Our Easter holiday was ruined by the dirty room and unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was not working properly and the room was too stuffy.
