I had a great time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location was perfect for exploring, just a short stroll to the lovely river area and not far from the MRT station. the breakfast was a real highlight—lots of tasty options, including hot meals and a great coffee selection.

On the downside, the check-in time is late at 4 pm, and the walls were a bit thin, making it noisy with kids around. I also missed having a proper workspace in my room, as it only had a narrow bar area. Plus, I experienced some hot water issues and the cleaning service wasn’t up to par. it had its flaws, but it was still a decent stay!

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great experience! the modern design of the rooms was impressive and offered all the necessary amenities. the hotel's strategic location allowed us to easily reach the main tourist spots and the nearby MRT station. the staff was extremely helpful and recommended great restaurants to enjoy the local food.

That the bathroom design could have been better because the shower area leaked water. this was a minor inconvenience and didn't ruin our overall stay at the hotel.

The interior design of Guide Hotel Kaohsiung Liuhe is trendy and contemporary, giving it a fresh and modern feel. Despite being the city's oldest international-class hotel, it does not feel old at all. The hotel offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The facilities are well-maintained, and the hotel is strategically located within walking distance of the MRT station and close to major tourist spots in the city.

The hotel gym equipment and pool need to be updated, and there are not enough parking spaces for all guests.
